About Me

Samantha Goodridge

Registered Massage Therapist

Oooooo boy!!! Does anyone seriously like writing about themselves? Like what do you actually say haha.

Anyways... thank you for reading though my site and here are some fun facts about me and myself as a massage therapist.

Work Life:

I graduated from Wellington College in 2010 (it literally still floors me that I have been massaging for so long!!). I started my career working in a chiropractic clinic where I spent 7 years. While I was there I was privileged for 3 seasons working with our Junior B Lacrosse team spending my summers traveling and working with a sports team, was such a great experience. I have spent the last few years working in a "spa" setting. But I'm sure if you talked to my clientele Spa was not what they received.

Treatment is a passion of mine. I love when people come in with an area that has a limited range of motion, or some type of dysfunction that I can help treat, and improve their daily lives.

I have training and certifications in Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping, Sports Massage, Kinesiology Taping. Right now I am working on my Graston Technique Certifications.

Fun Random Facts:

  • I have a black belt in shotokan karate

  • I am a huge gym rat and even have recently received my personal training certifications

  • I am HUGE Disney nerd, so don't be surprised if a Disney song pops on during your massage session

  • I am an Independent Scentsy Consultant, so if fragrance is your thing I got you! And if its not please, please let me know and I will make sure I can give you as close to a scent free environment as possible

  • Eric (my husband) is  a HUGE Winnipeg Jets fan and I am a HUGE Anaheim Ducks fan, and when we were LITERALLY just starting to date they were playing each other in the playoffs....we've always said that if we can make it through that we can get through anything. (For the record the Ducks swept the Jets, not that I am bragging or anything)
