Street parking on Forrester Ave and St Vital Arena parking lot is available. Please do not park at Happy Tails as they may tow.

We will be operating under a lock door system, You will have access to the building from the St. Anne's entry between 8am-8pm (any appointment before or after those times I will have to let you in.  There will be a buzzer located outside Agora Studios that you will have to use to gain entry in to the studio.

I do kindly ask that you be patient with me in regards to entry as I may be with a client when you buzz.
